Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- powdered sugar
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- 5 oz - 1 white
- blackberry wine - 1 c
How to make blackberry wine cake:
Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar1/2 c. butter or margarine1/2 c. blackberry wine Combine cake mix and gelatin. Add eggs, oil and wine. Beat with mixer on low speed until moistened. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl frequently. Grease and heavily flour Bundt cake pan. Sprinkle chopped pecans in bottom of pan. Pour in batter and bake in preheated oven at 325° for 45 to 50 minutes.For glaze, mix ingredients together and bring to a good boil. When cake is done, take cake from oven and pour half of glaze over warm cake while still in pan. Let cool 30 minutes. Turn cake out of pan and cool. Add more powdered sugar to glaze until thickened and pour over cake.
