German chocolate upside down cake

- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- water
- flaked coconut - 1 c
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
- 25 oz
How to make german chocolate upside down cake:
Grease a 13 x 9 pan. Line with wax paper and spray. Sprinkle coconut and pecans in bottom of pan; set aside. Combine cake mix, eggs, water and oil in large bowl; mix according to package directions. Spoon batter over coconut and pecans. Combine cream cheese and butter in a saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring often until butter melts and mixture is smooth. Stir in powdered sugar. Spoon mixture evenly over batter. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes; invert onto a serving plate.
