Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- lemon jello - 1 pkg
- diced green onion - 1/4 c
- can diced beets, drained - 1 item
- horseradish, creamed - 1 Tbsp
How to make beet salad:
Dissolve jello using juice from pineapple for part of the liquid. Let jello set until slightly thickened. Add next 5 ingredients and set until firm. Garnish with mayonnaise, green onion and diced celery. Chill overnight in a closed container.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetarian, Fall.
