Beef nacho casserole
Ingredients/Components
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Miracle Whip - 3/4 c
- Monterey Jack cheese, shredded - 2 c
- Colby cheese, shredded - 2 c
- chunky salsa - 12 oz
- crushed tortilla chips - 2 c
- whole corn - 1 c
How to make beef nacho casserole:
Heat oven to 350°. Brown meat and drain. Stir in salsa, corn, Miracle Whip and chili powder. Layer 1/2 each of meat mixture, chips and cheeses in 2-quart casserole dish. Repeat layers.
