Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• stick margarine - 3/4 item
• butter - 3/4 c
• soda - 3/4 tsp
• buttermilk - 3/8 c
• dash of salt - 1 item
• lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
• box powdered sugar - 1 item
• bananas, mashed - 5 item
• cream cheese 6 oz

How to make banana cake:

Cream Cheese Frosting:1 pkg. cream cheese (6 oz.)3/4 stick margarine1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients together well. Pour into a 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes.

Frosting: Mix all ingredients and spread over cake.
