  • sour cream - 1 c
  • cooking oil - 1/2 c
  • yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • dark rum - 1/4 c
  • instant banana pudding
  • very ripe banana - 1 item

How to make banana cake:

Preheat oven to 300°. Combine ingredients with electric mixer and beat for 1 minute. Scrape bowl down and beat for 1 more minute. Pour into greased Bundt or tube pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until cake springs back when touched in center.
