  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • butter - 1 item
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • Ritz crackers - 1 item

How to make baked pineapple:

Spray 1 1/2-quart casserole with cooking spray. Mix eggs and sugar in casserole. Add pineapple and mix. Cover top with crushed Ritz crackers; dot with butter. Bake at 325° to 350° for 1/2 hour. Good with ham. Serves 4 to 6.
