Ingredients/Components
- orange juice - 1/3 c
- apricot preserves - 1/3 c
- can pear halves - 1 item
How to make apricot-glazed pears:
Use an 8 x 8 x 2-inch or 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Place pears, cut side down. Pour mixture of preserves (or jam) and juice over. Cover. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Garnish with ground nutmeg. Great warm or cold.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Healthy.
