  • whipping cream - 1/2 pt
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • chopped celery - 1/4 c
  • mayonnaise - 2/3 c
  • pecans, chopped - 1/4 c
  • small bag miniature marshmallows - 1 item
  • big apples - 4 item

How to make apple salad:

Cut apples up. Pour lemon juice over apples and stir. Whip whipping cream. Add mayonnaise to cream. Pour pecans, marshmallows and celery into apples. Mix in whipping cream.
