Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- crescent rolls - 1 pkg
- stick oleo - 1 item
- Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and quartered - 2 item
How to make apple dumplings:
Mix the last 4 ingredients; heat until butter melts. Wrap each apple wedge in a section of crescent roll. Place in baking pan and pour syrup over them. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in a 325° oven for 30 minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream, or top with whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Apple.
