- semi-sweet chocolate - 1 sq
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- white sugar - 1 c
- dark syrup - 1 c

- block par-o-wax - 1/4 item
How to make angel food candy:
Boil until syrup reaches 300° on candy thermometer. Take from heat. Add 1 tablespoon soda. Pour on a buttered cookie sheet.
