  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • dark syrup - 1 c
  • Take from heat
  • block par-o-wax - 1/4 item

How to make angel food candy:

Boil until syrup reaches 300° on candy thermometer. Take from heat. Add 1 tablespoon soda. Pour on a buttered cookie sheet. When hard, break in pieces and dip.Coating:3 sq. unsweetened chocolate1 sq. semi-sweet chocolate2 Tbsp. butter1/4 block par-o-wax Melt in microwave or over hot water and dip.
