7-up salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 3
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• pkg - 1 oz
• boiling water - 1 c
• crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
• 7-Up - 1 c
• pecans optional - 1/2 c
• lime or lemon jello - 1 pkg

How to make 7-up salad:

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Let cool. Add 7-Up, sugar and vanilla. Add nuts, if desired. Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Cream and mix with crushed pineapple. Mix into jello and pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan. Chill until set.
