Ingredients/Components

  • brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 c
  • cloves - 20 item
  • orange juice - 2 c
  • apple cider - 1 gal
  • dash of nutmeg - 1 item
  • sticks cinnamon - 4 item

How to make wassail:

Mix together; stir well. Heat. Add orange slices.

Optional: Two more tablespoons brown sugar and 1/2 can concentrated orange juice can be added.
