Ingredients/Components

• apple cider - 1 qt
• cranberry juice - 1 pt
• orange juice - 1 c
• lemon juice - 3/4 c
• sugar - 1/2 c
• whole cloves - 1 tsp
• whole allspice - 1 tsp
• sticks cinnamon - 3 item
• Put the remaining ingredients into the basket
• cinnamon sticks - 6 item

How to make wassail:

Put the first 4 ingredients into the percolator. Put the remaining ingredients into the basket. Run through perk cycle and serve hot.For 30 Cup Percolator:2 1/2 qt. apple cider1 1/2 qt. cranberry juice2 1/2 c. orange juice2 c. lemon juice1 c. sugar2 1/2 tsp. whole cloves2 1/2 tsp. whole allspice6 cinnamon sticks
