Tossed chicken salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- oil - 1/2 c
- can chow mein noodles - 1 item
- poppy seed - 1/4 c
- sesame seed - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper - 1/2 tsp
- green onions, diced - 6 item
- head romaine lettuce - 1 item
- head iceberg lettuce - 1 item
- Regina wine vinegar - 4 Tbsp
- halves chicken breast - 4 item
How to make tossed chicken salad:
Dressing:3 Tbsp. sugar4 Tbsp. Regina wine vinegar1/2 tsp. salt and pepper1/2 c. oil Fry chicken in butter until done. Cut in small pieces and combine with lettuce, poppy seed, sesame seed and diced green onion. Mix all ingredients for dressing. Refrigerate both in separate bowls 1/2 hour before serving.
