  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • flour
  • soft butter - 3/4 c
  • egg, separated - 1 item
  • chopped almonds - 1/2 c
  • grated rind of 1 lemon
  • thick jam - 1/2 c

How to make sweet kisses:

Blend flour, butter, sugar, lemon rind and egg yolk. Make small balls. Dip each in egg white and roll in chopped almonds. Place on a greased baking sheet. Make a depression in each ball and bake in a 375° oven until lightly browned. Fill depressions
