  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
  • bananas, mashed - 2 item

How to make strawberry surprise:

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add strawberries, pineapple, bananas and pecans. Chill half the mixture until thickened; spread with sour cream. Cover with remaining gelatin mixture; chill until firm. Serves 4 to 6.
