  • sour cream - 1 lb
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • Knox gelatine
  • strawberries
  • strawberry jello
  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item

How to make strawberry sour cream salad:

Mix jello and gelatine with boiling water; add strawberries and pineapple with juice to mixture and mix. Put 2 1/2 cups of mixture in shallow 9 x 13-inch pan and cool. Refrigerate until firm. Spread sour cream over firm mixture and then add remaining mixture and cool.
