  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • pkg - 8 oz
  • sour cream - 1 c
  • confectioners sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • mashed bananas - 1 c
  • strawberry jello - 2 pkg
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c

How to make strawberry salad:

Mix first five ingredients. Pour half of mixture in a 9 x 13-inch casserole. Let congeal. Set rest aside. Mix sour cream, confectioners sugar and vanilla. Spread over jello mixture in casserole. Let stand until firm. Pour rest of jello mixture on top and chill.
