Strawberry rhubarb jam
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- strawberry Jell-O - 1 pkg
- rhubarb, cut fine - 5 c
How to make strawberry rhubarb jam:
Boil mixture of rhubarb and sugar 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add Jell-O while hot. Can in sterile jars.Any red Jell-O can be used.
