Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• pkg - 2 oz
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped nuts
• eggs, beaten - 4 item
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• vegetable oil
• sifted all-purpose flour - 3 c
• ground cinnamon - 1 Tbsp

How to make strawberry bread:

Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients, stirring gently until combined. Pour batter into 2 well-greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
