Russian tea
Ingredients/Components
- juice of 6 lemons
- sticks cinnamon - 7 item
- pinch salt - 1 item
- pieces whole cloves - 7 item
- sugar added
- tea, made to taste - 1/2 gal
- small cans pineapple juice - 2 item
- can H - 1 oz
How to make russian tea:
Put cinnamon sticks and cloves into 1 1/2 cups water. Let boil for several minutes. Turn off heat. Cover. Let steep for 15 minutes or longer. Strain and add all ingredients together. Then let boil for 3 minutes. Stir. Ready to serve. This makes 1 1/2 gallons. Serves about 20 people.Recipe categories: Drinks, Russian, European.
