  • lemon juice - 1/3 c
  • sugar, dissolved in lemon juice - 1/2 c
  • bottle red Rose wine, chilled - 1 item
  • bottle Aste Spumante, chilled - 1 item

How to make raspberry champagne:

Puree raspberries. Mix all together. Raspberry sherbet may be added, if desired. Serves 20.
