- eggs - 4 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- pumpkin pie spice - 2 tsp
- yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- large can milk - 1 item
How to make pumpkin pie cake:
Mix pumpkin, milk, salt, sugar, eggs and spice. Mix well and pour in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the pumpkin mixture. Pour melted margarine over that, evenly. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Bake at 325° about an hour and 1Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Kid Friendly.
