Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • water - 1 c
  • cream of tartar - 2 tsp
  • salad oil - 2 tsp

How to make play doh:

Mix first 3 ingredients. Put food coloring in oil and water mixture. You can also put peppermint extract or other for a nice smell. Over medium heat, cook entire mixture about 5 minutes or until it sticks together in a big ball. Remove from heat. Using your hands, squeeze and knead until soft and smooth. It will last a long time in an airtight container.
