- water - 3 qt
- savory - 2 Tbsp
- oregano - 2 Tbsp
- hot red pepper flakes - 1 tsp
- dried basil - 2 Tbsp
- marjoram - 2 Tbsp
- thyme - 2 Tbsp
- rosemary - 2 Tbsp
- ground coriander - 2 Tbsp
- almond flavoring - 1 tsp
- tall can pineapple juice - 1 item
How to make pineapple punch:
In bowl of food processor, combine all the ingredients. Process for 30 seconds until finely ground. Transfer to a tightly sealed container; label and date. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 3 months.Per 1 Tablespoon Serving: 12 calories, 0.4 g fat and 1.5 mg sodium.
