Pina colada punch
Ingredients/Components
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 oz
- bottle club soda - 1 oz
- light rum - 3 c
- can pineapple juice, chilled - 1 oz
- ice ring or block of ice - 1 item
- cans cream of coconut - 2 oz
- pineapple chunks, orange slices and maraschino cherries for ice ring - 1 item
How to make pina colada punch:
Prepare ice ring by filling mold with water to within 1 inch of top rim. Freeze. Arrange pineapple chunks, orange slices and maraschino cherries on top of ice. Carefully fill with water and freeze.In blender, combine pineapple and cream of coconut. Blend until smooth. In large punch bowl, combine blender mixture, pineapple juice and rum. Just before serving, add club soda and ice ring. Makes 4 quarts.
