  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • shortening - 1 c
  • plain flour - 2 c
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • white sugar - 1 c

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Combine shortening, salt and peanut butter; mix well. Gradually add the sugars and cream well. Add eggs and milk; mix well. Sift together the flour and soda; blend with first mixture. Bake at 325° until golden brown.
