Peanut butter cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• brown sugar - 1/2 c
• butter - 1/2 c
• soda - 3/4 tsp
• egg - 1 item
• all-purpose flour
• peanut butter - 1/2 c

How to make peanut butter cookies:

Cream butter, peanut butter, sugars, egg and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Blend with creamed mixture. Shape in 1-inch balls. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Press with a fork. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly. Remove from sheet.
