  • vanilla extract - 1 tsp
  • milk or cream - 1 pt
  • sugar or Equal artificial sweetener - 1/4 c
  • to 10 ice cubes, cracked and set aside - 7 item
  • frozen half-defrosted peaches - 1 pt

How to make peach slush:

You will need a blender. Combine peaches, milk or cream, sugar or artificial sweetener and vanilla extract in blender. After placing ingredients in blender, set blender speed on pulverize and turn on. Add crushed ice a little at a time into top middle entrance of blender cap. Blender time should be about 20 seconds. Pour out into tall glasses. Hits the spot on a hot summer day.

Variation: If you do not have peaches, substitute strawberries, cantaloupe, blackberries or cherries.
