Ingredients/Components
- oil
- Parmesan cheese
- white vinegar - 1 c
- jar pimentos, drained - 1 oz
- cans artichoke hearts, drained - 2 oz
- can hearts of palm, drained - 1 oz
- heads iceberg lettuce - 2 item
- heart romaine lettuce - 1 item
- red onion, sliced very thin - 1 item
How to make pasta house salad:
Dressing:1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese1 1/2 c. oil1 c. white vinegar Mix dressing ingredients together and shake well. Make several hours ahead of serving time and refrigerate.Mix salad ingredients. Cut up artichoke hearts and hearts of palm. Keep sliced onion in separate bag until ready to mix salad.
