Ingredients/Components
- vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- skim milk - 1/2 c
- sugar or honey - 2 Tbsp
- or 6 ice cubes - 5 item
- concentrated orange juice 1/2 of 6 oz - 1/3 c
How to make orange shake:
Combine all ingredients in blender for 30 seconds. Serve with a garnish of orange slices. Yields 3 cups. Serving size: 1 cup, approximately 96 calories per serving.Lo-cal. From Culinary Hearts Kitchen.
