Orange-pineapple salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- carton cottage cheese - 1 oz
- carton Cool Whip - 1 1/2
- cans mandarin oranges - 2 oz
- cans pineapple chunks - 2 1/4
How to make orange-pineapple salad:
Drain mandarin oranges and pineapple. Fold Cool Whip and cottage cheese into fruit. Sprinkle dry Jell-O on top and fold in. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving. Serves 10. Repeat favorite.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
