- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- Cool Whip - 8 oz
- small box orange Jell-O - 1 item
- frozen coconut - 12 oz
- box Duncan Hines orange cake mix - 1 item
- juice of 2 oranges
How to make orange coconut cake:
Mix cake mix, Jell-O, water, oil and eggs. Beat for 2 minutes. Bake in 3 layers at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until done. Filling: Mix together the sour cream, coconut, sugar and juice of oranges. Reserve 1 cup for frosting. Spread on layeRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Coconut.
