  • medium sweet potatoes - 4 item
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
  • cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
  • allspice - 1/4 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • flour
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • stick butter, melted - 1 item

How to make nutty buddy:

Crust:1 c. flour1/2 c. sugar1 c. chopped pecans1 stick butter, melted Bake sweet potatoes until done. Peel and add butter, milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice and sugar. Beat until creamy. Pour in oblong glass dish. Mix flour, sugar and pecans. Pour on top sweet potatoes, top with melted butter (spread evenly). Bake at 350° approximately 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
