Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • dark brown sugar - 1 c
  • dark Karo syrup - 1/4 c
  • Macadamia nuts - 1 item
  • thin pretzel sticks - 1 item
  • corn nuts - 1 item
  • crispy cereal - 1 item
  • unpopped popcorn - 1 c
  • canned mixed nuts - 1 item
  • pistachios, cashews or any kind you like - 1 item

How to make nibbles:

Add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and stir well until foamy. Pour hot syrup into popped corn in bag and stir with wooden spoon.

Step 1: Fold bag and place in microwave for 1 1/2 minutes on High.

Step 2: Take bag out and shake well. Repeat step 1. Repeat step 2. Repeat step 1 for 1/2 minute. Repeat step 2. Open bag; pour corn on cookie sheet to cool. Will keep well in covered container when dried.
