Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- Rice Krispies - 2 c
- cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp
- sharp cheese, grated - 8 oz
How to make mexican cookies:
Blend butter and flour. Add grated cheese and seasonings, then Rice Krispies. With hands, press into small circles. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
