Ingredients/Components
- water - 4 tsp
- vinegar - 4 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 qt
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- ribs celery, chopped - 2 item
- macaroni, cooked and cooled - 1 lb
- sugar I double this - 4 tsp
- hard-boiled eggs to decorate top - 3 item
How to make macaroni salad:
Mix macaroni and vegetables in a large bowl, then add water, sugar, vinegar and mayonnaise. Mix well; refrigerate. Garnish with sliced eggs. (Before garnishing, add salt and pepper to taste.)Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Elbow macaroni.
