- sugar - 2 c
- cornmeal - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 4 item
- grated lemon rind - 3 Tbsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1/4 1/3
- melted butter - 1/4 c
How to make lemon chess pie:
Combine the sugar, cornmeal and flour; mix. Beat eggs and blend in sugar mixture. Add remaining ingredients. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
