Lemon bars

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• eggs - 4 item
• flour - 2 c
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• lemon juice - 1/3 c
• sticks butter, softened - 2 item

How to make lemon bars:

Combine the first 3 ingredients and press dough into a 13 x 9-inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° until blonde, about 20 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over baked crust. Return to oven and bake 25 minutes. Cool and dust with confectioners sugar. Cut and serve.
