  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • large marshmallows - 16 item
  • whole eggs - 2 item
  • large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • large can fruit cocktail, drained - 1 item
  • juice from pineapple - 1 c
  • carton whipping cream - 1 item
  • boxes red cherry jello - 2 item
  • Dissolve marshmallows in 1 1/3 cups boiling water

How to make jello salad:

Mix jello in 2 cups boiling water and set aside in 9 x 13-inch pan. Dissolve marshmallows in 1 1/3 cups boiling water. Pour into jello and cool. Add pineapple and fruit cocktail. Put in refrigerator and jell.Topping:3/4 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour2 whole eggs1 c. juice from pineapple1 carton whipping cream Mix topping; cook until thick. Set aside until completely cool. Whip the whipping cream until stiff. Fold into cooked custard and spread over jello. Sprinkle on chopped pecans.
