Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- boiling water - 2 c
- large marshmallows - 16 item
- whole eggs - 2 item
- large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- large can fruit cocktail, drained - 1 item
- juice from pineapple - 1 c
- carton whipping cream - 1 item
- boxes red cherry jello - 2 item
- Dissolve marshmallows in 1 1/3 cups boiling water
How to make jello salad:
Mix jello in 2 cups boiling water and set aside in 9 x 13-inch pan. Dissolve marshmallows in 1 1/3 cups boiling water. Pour into jello and cool. Add pineapple and fruit cocktail. Put in refrigerator and jell.Topping:3/4 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour2 whole eggs1 c. juice from pineapple1 carton whipping cream Mix topping; cook until thick. Set aside until completely cool.
