Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour
- brown sugar - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- boiling water
- white sugar - 1 c
- quick-cooking oats - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- whole eggs - 2 item
- Let stand 20 minutes
- cream or 1/4 c - 1/2 c
How to make oatmeal cake:
Pour boiling water over oats and oleo. Let stand 20 minutes. Add remaining ingredients.
