Hot chicken salad casserole
Ingredients/Components
- toasted almonds - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- grated lemon rind - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped onion - 2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 2/3 c
- diced celery
- diced, cooked chicken - 2 c
- crushed potato chips - 1 c
- grated Cheddar - 1 c
How to make hot chicken salad casserole:
Mix all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Put into 4 individual or 1 large casserole. Sprinkle the cheese over and top with the chips. Bake 25 minutes at 375°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
