Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 1
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cold water - 2 c
- lemon juice - 3 c
- orange juice - 3 c
- ginger ale - 2 qt
- large can pineapple juice - 1 item
- tea leaves or bags - 1/4 c
- sliced fruits crushed pineapple - 1 item
How to make golden punch:
Put sugar and cold water in large vessel and bring to a boil. Use another vessel with close fitting lid. Pour boiling water over tea leaves and steep for 4 minutes. Strain and cool (do not put tea leaves in aluminum or tin). Add juices and salt and pour over ice in punch bowl. Add ginger ale and any slices of fruit.
