Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
- salad dressing - 1/2 c
- medium potatoes - 6 item
How to make easy potato salad:
Peel potatoes; cut into uniform cubes. Cook in boiling, salted water until done. Drain off water; place potatoes in refrigerator until cool. Remove from refrigerator; stir in oil gently.
