Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared horseradish - 1 tsp
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- chopped sweet pickles - 2 Tbsp
- chili sauce - 1/4 c
- Tabasco sauce - 1/2 tsp
- celery seed - 1 Tbsp
- parsley to taste - 1 item
- French dressing - 1/4 c
- head lettuce, torn - 1 item
- cooked crawfish tails - 1 lb
- Paul Prudhomme seafood seasoning - 1/2 Tbsp
How to make crawfish salad:
Combine mayonnaise, French dressing, chili sauce, salt, pickles, celery seed, Worcestershire, horseradish, parsley, Tabasco and Paul Prudhomme seafood seasoning. Mix well. Add chopped eggs and crawfish tails. Mix well. Place lettuce on 4 to 6 salad plates. Spoon crawfish mixture on top.
