  • butter - 1 c
  • Coke - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 2 c
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • miniature marshmallows
  • Heat butter, cocoa and Coke to boiling and pour over flour mixture; mix well
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • box confectioners sugar - 1 item

How to make coca-cola cake:

Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Heat butter, cocoa and Coke to boiling and pour over flour mixture; mix well. Add buttermilk, eggs, vanilla and marshmallows. Mix well. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 300° for 35 minutes. Ice while hot.Icing:1 stick butter6 Tbsp. Coke1 c. chopped nuts3 Tbsp. cocoa1 box confectioners sugar Put butter, cocoa and Coke in boiler. Heat until boiling. Pour over powdered sugar. Beat. Add nuts and spread over cake.
