Chicken fruit salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- whipping cream, whipped - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- slivered almonds - 1/2 c
- sliced celery
- seedless green grapes - 1 to
- can mandarin orange segments, drained - 11 oz
- can chunk pineapple, drained - 8 oz
- cubed cooked chicken or turkey - 3 c
- shell macaroni - 2 c
How to make chicken fruit salad:
Cook macaroni. Add chicken, onion and salt. Toss. Add remaining ingredients, except whipping cream. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Add whipped cream just before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Chicken, Main dish.
