Cabbage salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- apple cider vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- toasted sesame seed - 3 Tbsp
- canola oil - 1/2 c
- scallions, chopped - 3 item
- small head cabbage, shredded - 1 item
- toasted almonds, slivered - 3 Tbsp
- Top Ramen noodles oriental - 1 pkg
How to make cabbage salad:
Cook oriental noodle soup according to package directions but do not add flavor packet. After cooking noodles, mix with shredded cabbage and chopped scallions. Then mix together sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper and canola oil. Combine altogether and sprinkle oriental seasoning packet over all. Add toasted almonds and sesame seed. Chill and serve cold.
