Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- oil - 1/4 c
- 6 oz - 1 c
- Pillsbury family size fudge brownie mix - 1 pkg
- can light chocolate frosting ready to spread, if desired - 1 item
How to make brownie chip cookies:
Grease cookie sheets. In large mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, eggs and oil. By hand, stir 50 to 75 strokes. Add chocolate pieces. Drop by rounded teaspoon, 2-inches apart, onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cookies will be soft to the touch. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheets.
